Loneliness affects more and more people in the UK, leading to a huge a impact on both physical and mental health, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Being part of a community and staying well connected with others we think is key for recovery. By finding ways to reduce our loneliness we can protect our mental health and well-being.
This May 2022 we would like to raise awareness of the impact loneliness can have on our mental health, and the steps we can take to address the issue.
