Mental Health Awareness Week 9-15th May 22

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK 9TH -15TH MAY 22

Why Loneliness?

Loneliness affects more and more people in the UK, leading to a huge a impact on both physical and mental health, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Being part of a community and staying well connected with others we think is key for recovery. By finding ways to reduce our loneliness we can protect our mental health and wellbeing.

This May 2022 we would like to raise awareness of the impact loneliness can have on our mental health, and the steps we can take to address the issue.

Steps Together would like to invite you to share your stories with others, helping to break the stigma and support other individuals who are suffering with poor mental health.
