Joanne’s Story

First Phase Primary Residential

Our rehabilitation centers will be your new home in the first phase of your detoxification journey. You will be residing on a scenic property and served home-cooked food. We have multidisciplinary doctors who come together to assess your health and design a personalised detoxification program depending on your needs through one-on-one counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy, music therapy, art therapy, and group activities. Medication may be prescribed if needed. It is a holistic approach to achieving mental and physical stability to enhance effective detoxification. Our SMART groups effectively promote self-empowerment to help build and maintain motivation levels to enable recovering clients to cope with their urges and regulate their thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Second Phase Rehabilitation

The second phase of the program is designed so that you feel comfortable leading an abstinent lifestyle without constant monitoring. You will come out of our residential property and be put in a semi-independent environment along with other people on a similar journey. You can develop new skills like cooking, cleaning, and gardening, and motivate others going through a similar ordeal by sharing your journey through the primary residential phase. This semi-independent living, along with daily programmes, group activities, and safety measures, will help boost your willpower and prepare you to abstain from uncomfortable habits enabling you to take care of yourself in the long run.

Outpatient Services

Outpatient services are meant for those who may find it uncomfortable to opt for a residential rehabilitation programme or those who have completed it with the Steps Together Group or any other rehabilitation centre. We offer clinical assessment, cognitive behavioural therapy and medical intervention depending on your health condition.

Private Home Detox

In this programme, specialists visit you and your loved ones, and guide you through your rehabilitation journey. While taking responsibility for yourself, keep the following alcohol-withdrawal symptoms in mind:

insomnia, dizziness, loss of appetite, sweating, and shakiness. Speak with your medical practitioner if you experience any uncomfortable symptoms.

One-on-one Therapy

In It is easy to go back to old habits after the end of your programme. One-on-one therapy sessions are designed to enable regular monitoring and follow-up post-completion of the rehabilitation programme. These follow-up sessions help you and your loved ones stay strong amidst dispute, temptation, social events, etc.

5-4-3-2-1 Support Package

This programme is for you if you feel vulnerable at home and need help to stay motivated. During each session, our therapy specialist will check in with you and hear you out through calls. This way, you and your loved ones can stay right on track.
