Our treatments combine clinical detoxification, therapies, and counselling to understand the root cause of your addiction, develop self-empowering skills, socialization and motivation to help deal with triggers and cravings, and develop healthy habits.

Second Phase Rehab:

Leaving the secure environment of Primary Residential Treatment Services may be frightening and overwhelming. Many clients find that a short course of therapy is insufficient, and they do not feel confident going home to the same surroundings that started their addiction in the first place.

The second phase at Steps Together has been designed specifically to address this issue. Here, we provide a semi-independent living service intended to offer our clients the ideal option for maintaining their independence while also assuring their safety, structure, and regular program to achieve a long-term cure.

Outpatient Services:

Our wide range of expert outpatient treatments is tailored to fit busy lives, allowing you to continue your deaddiction journey without needing to visit a residential treatment centre.

Our outpatient treatment programmes provide customizable packages ideal for people who don’t require a full residential treatment. Those who have completed a residential treatment program with Steps Together or another rehabilitation centre and need to continue their recovery through ongoing treatments, therapy, and social support can use our services.

Aftercare Services:

We at Steps Together firmly believe that giving you the proper rehabilitation toolbox will help you stay sober for a long time. Whether you’ve completed your rehabilitation or want to book therapy sessions, we provide several support options that might benefit you or your family.

Free client Aftercare group:

Our Aftercare services include a free client Aftercare group, where you can connect with others fighting addiction, boost your willpower and stay sober. Weekly Zoom meetings are organized for our Aftercare group, and you can avail of these services for 12 months without any extra cost.

Free Family Workshops:

Aftercare services at Steps Together include free Family Workshops. Families are commonly the overlooked victims of addiction. We understand what you have gone through; you will get all the support you deserve at our Family Workshops.

Our counsellors will help you understand the disease of addiction and the skills to cope with it. The free family workshops are held once a month. They provide a space to meet other families who have been through the same so that you all can gain strength from each other.
