Helen – Rainford Hall

I came into Rainford Hall feeling lost, burnt out and very unwell. I had completely lost my self belief, sense of direction and purpose in life. Two weeks later, I left Rainford Hall with improved physical, mental end emotional health. My focus, determination and direction in life had returned and I felt ‘alive’ again! This is all due to the staff – their experience, empathy, wisdom and incredible support.
