Services at Steps Together are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). A step-by-step approach, as listed below, is implemented to treat drug and alcohol addiction.

First Phase Primary Residential:

We understand that you and your family may be apprehensive about entering a residential programme. Rest assured that our competent and empathetic staff will leave no stone unturned to make you feel comfortable in our residential centres.

The inpatient rehab provides 24-hour care and supervision. You will receive guidance from therapists who specialise in deaddiction. They will help you realise and accept the root cause of your addiction, which is the first significant step towards healing.

You will start your deaddiction journey with clinical detoxification to cleanse your body of toxins. If you experience withdrawal symptoms at any point, you can indulge in our holistic art and music therapies.

Our community self-help groups, such as AA/NA/SLAA, will provide you with much-needed support and encouragement in saying NO to your addiction. Our SMART groups help you acquire new skills that enable you to regulate your thoughts and keep you distracted from temptations.

Second Phase Rehab:

Second Phase Rehabilitation at Steps Together is designed to help you transition back into society and learn how to live a sober life. It is an important step in the course of recovery because it allows you to practise the skills you learned in a real-world setting. In this semi-independent living setting, you will have your independence and, at the same time, have support in the form of regular programmes to ensure that you stay on the path of sobriety.

Outpatient Services:

After you have been discharged from the residential services, outpatient therapy plays a vital role in continued recovery and long-term sobriety.

We have a range of outpatient services at Steps Together, including private home detox, private 1-1 therapy, family intervention service, a 5-4-3-2-1 support package, and an enhanced level 12-step programme. You can opt for one that suits you. We plan the schedules according to your convenience so that you can accommodate the therapy session in your busy schedule.

Aftercare Services:

Steps Together also offers free aftercare services to help patients maintain their sobriety after leaving rehab. Our goal is to provide you with the tools and resources you need to stay sober for life.

Free client Aftercare group:

We have formed a Free Client Aftercare group which connects weekly over a Zoom call. These meetings provide our clients with a platform to share their experiences and concerns and draw strength and motivation from their peers and counsellors.

Free Family Workshops:

We also offer Free Family Workshops as part of our aftercare services. In these workshops, the families of our clients get a positive environment to interact with each other and with counsellors, and they go back reassured. We understand that apart from the individual, family members, too, need support and counselling to stay motivated.
