Registered Manager

  • Salary £neg
  • Start June/July
  • To be responsible for the running of the centre.
  • To maintain high standards to meet and exceed CQC regulations.
  • Will require a level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care or working towards one.
  • Qualified RMN or RGN nurse preferable.
  • Must have at least 2 years Managerial experience.
  • Experience in substance misuse or experience in running other care homes.
  • Will be able to supervise staff.
  • Organise staffing rota.
  • Good administration, computer and communication skills.

Operations Manager

  • Salary £Neg
  • Start June/July
  • Responsible for overseeing the smooth running of Steps Together Rehab Nottinghamshire & Leicestershire. To help grow the brand in its entirety.
  • Health & Social Care qualifications or another diploma would be required.
  • To have worked in the field of addiction.
  • To have knowledge of CQC requirements.
  • Good management experience.
  • To have good admin and computer skills.
  • Will be located at each centre.

Nurses x 4

  • Salary £Neg
  • Start August/September
  • We are looking for qualified RGN or RMN nurses to come and support our clients and be part of our fantastic team.
  • Must have current pins up to date.
  • Able to administer medication.
  • Take Physical observations.
  • Support clients through detox.
  • Experience working in substance misuse.
  • Good admin skills.

Admissions Co-Ordinator

  • Salary £neg
  • Start ASAP
  • A very exciting opportunity to work with our growing brand.
  • Taking calls from initial enquiries.
  • Assessing clients pretreatment.
  • Supporting nurses with admissions.
  • Support the Directors with marketing and business development.
  • Must have 2-3 years experience in working in the field of addiction.
  • Must have good skills in administration, computers and communication,

Support Workers

  • Salary £neg
  • To support our clients outside the group room.
  • Able to communicate well and support our client group.
  • Work closely with our nurses with admissions.
  • To have an NVQ L2 or L3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Able to take a none therapeutic group.
  • Administer medication.
  • Good admin and communication skills.
  • Experience in substance misuse preferable.
