I spend 30 days at The Steps Together facility in Leicester. From the moment I arrived I knew I was in safe hands. The detox process lasted about 5 days and then I was able to join the therapy sessions.
All the staff are fantastic and the therapists really helped me unravel some deep routed beliefs, feelings and trauma which were all driving my addiction.
