I like to create a warm and open space where I can support your unique personal challenges, both past and present.

You are the expert in your life and I can simply be available to help you navigate, explore, and manage any emotions or concerns you may have throughout your self-exploration journey.

I have a master’s degree in child and family psychology, and a master’s degree in clinical counselling.

I am a graduate member of the British Psychology Society, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
