Kelly believes in creating a safe space for her clients to explore their feelings and emotions. She works with a person-centred approach, focusing on the individual’s goals and needs. Kelly is committed to providing a non-judgmental and empathic environment, understanding that each person is unique and may need different approaches to therapy and holds a BA Hons Counselling and Psychotherapy Degree.
