Dr Khan has worked in the field of Psychiatry since 2005 after qualifying as a doctor in 2002. He has a special interest in Addictions psychiatry and Dual Diagnosis. He has a CCT in General Psychiatry with Endorsement in Addictions.
Dr Khan has been working with Steps Together since 2018 as a visiting consultant.
Prior to joining Steps Together, Dr Khan has worked in both NHS and private settings and has a vast experience of working in various different fields of psychiatry.
Currently he works as a Consultant Psychiatrist in the NHS as his main job. Dr Khan has a strong background of both pharmacological and psychological treatment options involved in Addictions and General Psychiatric problems which he employs in his day to day practice.
