First Phase Primary Residential
Our Steps Together Residential Services are regulated by Care Quality Commission (CQC) and offer safe and effective deaddiction programmes at our rehab centres. We ensure you feel welcome at our rehab centres that provide comfortable living and healthy meals.
Our team of skilled therapists helps you overcome your fears and set goals to help you achieve long-term sobriety. We offer varied therapies, such as art therapy and music therapy, as part of your detoxification programme. Our experts help empower you with skills to stay motivated and cope with urges. We will help you lead a healthy, productive and addiction-free life.
Second Phase Rehab
At Steps Together, we know how daunting it can be to leave the safety of the Primary Residential Treatment Services and live independently. Therefore, we offer you second care rehab and semi-independent living service. Here, we provide you with a safe environment and a daily programme to help secure long-term recovery.
At this stage, we offer packages that last for a month to six months. These living accommodations include all the facilities, in addition to a 24X7 support team, a weekly health check-up clinic, and structured group and private therapies.
Outpatient Services
At Steps Together, we offer outpatient services for those who do not need residential treatment. You can easily accommodate the different therapies and assessments for addiction and mental and physical health and wellbeing as per your busy schedule.
Our outpatient services also include private home detox for those who feel comfortable receiving the treatment in the comforts of their homes. Furthermore, as part of our outpatient services, we offer family intervention services, too. These services help the entire family to work together on past issues and plan a better future together.
Aftercare Services
We believe in providing you with the right tools to help you continue on the path of your recovery after your deaddiction treatments at the rehab. Our aftercare services include free client aftercare to help prevent a relapse. You can share your anxieties without any fear of judgment and create a support network with others in recovery.
We believe that families are the greatest support system on your road to recovery. But, they, too, need the space and support to heal themselves. At Steps Together, we counselling at our free family workshops to help family members share their experiences and their anxieties and find their network of support.
