I have been meaning to write for some time to say a huge thank you for the wonderful work you did with my daughter over the summer. She was unrecognisable as my daughter when she went in to Bank House but the transformation after just a few weeks with you was incredible. She was so much stronger, fitter and healthier, both physically and mentally and much more like the person she was meant to be.
She seems to have found a new determination and strength to make good decisions for her future life. She has much more energy and confidence and is coping well with being back in what was, previously, a difficult situation for her. Without doubt the therapy sessions offered by your staff have worked miracles and I simply can’t thank you enough.
I’m hopeful that the lessons learned during her time with you will stay with her for the rest of her life. I am sure that she would never want to return to the state she was in when she first walked through your doors. Thank you so much for getting her back on track and giving me my daughter back.
You are the most amazing and wonderful team, and I know that she came to think of you as friends, walking with her along the road that she had to travel. You are unsung heroes and I hope this letter of thanks goes just a little way to letting you know how much the work you do is valued and appreciated.
