Paul Mudie

A key member of Steps Together’s Senior Management Team, Paul works closely with colleagues to ensure the effective and smooth operational delivery of services for our clients and their families.

With a former career in Education, Paul routinely recognises the challenges faced by families experiencing difficulty addiction issues – and volunteered during his early days to support families affected by addiction faced by their children.

Paul soon developed his passion for treatment and recovery services and ran an extensive range of busy community treatment clinics. Paul has an extensive background in the clinical treatment of adults experiencing difficulty with drugs and alcohol, and has worked for a range of large UK based addiction charities.

Paul is a trained phlebotomist and specialises in Blood Borne Virus’s and sexual health. With a significant clinical knowledge in this area, Paul ensures that Steps Together’s Group of services ensure clients and staff receive excellent clinical advice and treatment responses to these health issues.

Paul is passionate about quality care and monitors closely the operational delivery of services to ensure these remain responsive to client’s needs, and ensures that the operational management team are fully resourced and supported to delivery efficient and effective services.
