Sabira Baksh
Psychotherapist (Person-Centred Pluralistic Approach) and baker.
I’m a passionate psychotherapist who believes in a person-centered pluralistic approach to therapy.
With a background in psychology, criminology and mental health I have almost three decades of experience in the field, I’m dedicated to helping individuals explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
I’m deeply committed to empowering my clients to discover their own strengths and resources to facilitate growth and healing.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer a unique approach to healing through baking. Baking has always been a therapeutic outlet for me, and I’ve discovered its transformative power in the therapeutic process. Through baking therapy, I integrate creativity, mindfulness, and sensory experiences to promote self-expression, relaxation, and emotional regulation.
My practice extends to both group work and individual therapy, where I specialize in working with young people. I have a strong understanding of safeguarding principles and am dedicated to providing a nurturing and protective environment for young clients to explore their challenges and discover their potential.
