I wanted to write to Steps Together at Bank House to thank them for the 54321 calls.
Whether I’m struggling or just having a good day, the contact that I’ve been able to have has helped me so much.
Leaving the Treatment Centre was for me a stressful and anxiety inducing thing to do. I was worried about getting back into the outside world! But having the calls from a therapist has given me sound suggestions every time and kept me on track with my recovery.
The therapists are so understanding, empathetic, and know how to help me on every single call. They’re just amazing.
I can’t recommend the 54321 highly enough. It’s just a brilliant thing to be able to have that contact. Even if it’s a short check-in, or an hour on the phone talking troubles through and hearing what I need to hear, it’s such a valuable resource.
I’ve got so much gratitude for it. Thank you so much for making it available!
