What is the Care Quality Commission?
The Care Quality Commission is an independent regulatory body which inspects and regulates health and social care services in England. The experts work by using data and feedback to inform their judgements on the quality of the service offered by the organisation being assessed. The key elements that the CQC investigate is safety, effectiveness in their service they offer, the staffs’ attitude, responsiveness and leadership.
Being approved by the CQC is a signal to indicate the great level of service and quality offered by the organisation. Therefore, Steps Together Rehab are very proud to be able to show that they are CQC approved, to reassure our clients that the service they receive will exceed their expectations.
