I completed my journey (28 days) at Steps Together Rainford Hall Rehab and I must say, it’s been nothing short of life-changing. The cornerstone of my recovery journey was undoubtedly the 12-step program, which provided a roadmap for self-discovery and healing. Each step was carefully crafted to guide me through introspection, acceptance, and growth, paving the way for a sustainable recovery.

The staff at Rainford Hall deserves commendation for their unwavering support and dedication. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I felt welcomed and understood. Their compassion and expertise created a nurturing environment where I felt safe to confront my demons and embrace change.

Moreover, the attention to detail in every aspect of the facility’s service is truly remarkable. The cleanliness and organisation of the premises reflect a commitment to creating a conducive space for healing. The food, meticulously prepared with nutrition and taste in mind, provided sustenance and comfort throughout my journey.

The leisure amenities, including the gym, offered a much-needed outlet for physical activity and stress relief. Engaging in recreational activities helped me reconnect with myself and find joy in the present moment.

However, what truly sets Rainford Hall apart is the support staff. Their empathy and guidance were instrumental in my recovery journey. Whether it was a listening ear during moments of vulnerability or practical assistance in navigating challenges, they were always there, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

In conclusion, my experience at Rainford Hall has been nothing short of transformative.
