Yes*. Being human can be tricky.
We can all get stuck. Stuck in our heads and our feelings, in relationships, work, obsessions and compulsions, stuck in unhelpful behaviours and unhelpful ways of seeing things.
Yes*. We can all get unstuck.
I believe that everything you need to stay unstuck, is in you. It always has been. It’s just a matter of understanding how the situations we face in life can leave us feeling, then exploring different responses to those feelings.
Practicing across various counselling settings since 2002, I embrace a range of therapeutic approaches. I would be seen as an integrative therapist and counsellor, integrating multiple therapeutic models and approaches. So, we have many ways to make better sense of life situations: 12-Step Recovery Programme, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Humanistic, Person Centred and Psychodynamic approaches; Integrative Counselling.
We can connect on-video and on-phone.
Together, we develop a tailored approach to therapy and counselling; collaboratively, flexibly and with our focus on solutions that can bring about better outcomes for ourselves and those around us.
And I’ve found that our wellbeing can thrive far beyond therapy and counselling, with ongoing supportive structures to guide and inspire us. So, included in the therapy, I also have an on-line programme of wellbeing that you can refer to and return to anytime. It’s called ‘The Bulb Booth’.
Simply get in touch. We can then start looking at how we can best work together.
