Our supplier relationships at Steps Together are really important to us, to ensure that we are able to secure excellent levels of support for small, local supply businesses wherever possible and reduce our carbon footprint for goods and deliveries.
We achieve this with our suppliers by:
- Ensuring our fresh catering produce is locally sourced and supplied by a reputable small business
- Ensuring that our payment terms for small business suppliers never extends beyond 10 working days
- Developing strong relationships based on trust, traditional values and honesty with all our suppliers
- Find opportunities to actively promote local businesses through our own marketing and advertising channels
